The idea of keeping my information in the cloud and not having to store it on my computer help me make the decision.

Had the hardest time getting information on how to download which have been a simple task. The Geek Squad couldn't even do it. And now I'm having problems accessing the other software which I purchase (up to 6 people). Was a better people going through Microsoft itself.
