Customers love the 365 Family subscription for its ease of use, compatibility across multiple systems, and great price. Many appreciate its performance, software features, and cloud storage capabilities. Installation is straightforward, and users value the regular updates and tools like Excel. However, some customers dislike the yearly subscription model, and a few have experienced issues with Outlook.

I needed a little help but it has been working well since then. I still have the 4 users left to use.

To put it simply, you pretty much are required to use office in daily life anymore. It’s unavoidable. Sadly, we are now in a world where subscriptions are the only cost effective option. If you are going to get office, the family plan helps since you can share the license with some family members. The pricing of an individual license is so bad I just can’t even remotely suggest it… something tells me that’s on purpose though.

I have had a MacBook for several years, but seldom used it for much more than getting my mail or accessing the Internet. I never felt comfortable using Pages or Numbers. Had I put in some effort I could have learned the ins and outs of the Apple software, but Office 365 allows me to turn my MacBook into a PC for Word and Excel. The full Office package is available, but I chose to install only Word and Excel on the MacBook. The main reason I purchased Office 365 rather than the other Office software was because I wanted to install Outlook on our PC and it was not available in the other group.

I needed to write several documents as well as a resume. I needed to renew my subscription with MS 365. The initial process was easy. When completed I was able to give family info in order for them to be added on to the account. The whole process took a few minutes. I like using word to create really great documents with photos, graphs etc. Also, the other features like photo editing, Excel etc.

As much as I hate subcriptions for software, this one is a great value. Not only do you get all the Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, you also get 1TB of OneDrive storage and you can use that as a backup for your computer. But you also can install Office on up to 5 of your devices, and you can share the subscription with 6 other people and they get all the same benefits. It really is worth it.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We're so glad you're enjoying the features of Microsoft 365 Family and have found it to be a great value. We hope it continues to meet your needs!
Have a great day, Kiernan Microsoft Customer Care

When you use a PC, you pretty much can't escape using Microsoft 365. Microsoft has continued to improve over the years, and I use all the office suite programs. Since WordPerfect didn't survive, I had to resolve that there was no escaping Microsoft Word or other Microsoft products. I certainly prefer it over any product that's associated with that company whose logo looks like a piece of fruit. I am a NEVER fruit user, if you know what I mean.
