This program was easily installed with a quick guide and support from Best Buy. The email for the other 4 computer systems for this to be uploaded were included in the initial set up. My family is please with Office 365.

I purchased this to extend my current Microsoft 365 Family license for another year. I would have given 5 stars, since, well, it's Microsoft 365 Family. However, 2 issues came up: 1) I entered the license key on the Microsoft site, but then I lost the ability to see my expiration date on that site. When I clicked on "Manage", it took me to a BestBuy site that said something like "product no longer supported". OK, that made me nervous. I tried a couple more times, then called Microsoft. While on the phone with Microsoft, I checked again, and this time it went to the BestBuy site and showed the expected expiration date. 2) It appears that I have now lost the ability to manage my Microsoft 365 Family subscription from Microsoft's site, since now it always sends me to the BestBuy site.

This subscription option for getting Office on all my devices is the best value for me. The product is reliable and easy to install and use. The Mac version is very comparable to the one for Windows, but be aware that some functionality differences do exist between versions. Highly recommended for someone who needs Office products.

I hesitated on a annual subscription ... but with 4 machines in the family, it was beginning to make sense. Easy installation on all 4 machines. Only wish One Cloud wasn't forced on us -- we don't need it. Seems like I'm always un-synching it because it keeps turning itself back on. And then I can't find my files. Note: we are only using laptops and desktops. Cloud might be perfect for those also using tablets.

Just jumped onto this wagon. The learning curve is a bit different from my last stand alone. Getting easier to use. Many more templates that also help to understand different functions. The cloud subscription is a great bonusand well worth it.

was needing to get this for a new computer. Much better than ordering online from some other company and waiting for it to be delivered. It was right in store and I could use it immediately. Purchase was safe simple and convenient.
