Microsoft has done a good updating the software for today's user. I like that I can use it across all my devices including apple products. I wish it wasn't a yearly subscription but a lot of software is going on that direction these days.

They definitely rely on built-in insistence of this program over something cloud-based like Google Docs to continue to charge what they do. But overall, the program is good.

Perfect for using on my ipad. It allows me to access spreadsheets when I’m not near my laptop.

M365 is essential to our work and home needs. We needed to upgrade from Personal to Family M365 license so that each family member had their own copy of Office on their devices. I did not want to lose the $ spent already on the Personal license. The store recommended I call the 800 number -- I called BB and they refunded me the pro-rated amount for Personal so I can buy the more expensive Family license while I was at the store. Though odd, this process was super easy and the 800 service tech was GREAT!

I got a new PC and needed Microsoft Office, instead of going to Microsoft website I cam here because Best Buy just makes it easy. As expected I found what I wanted and ordered it. I got the email as expected to download the software and got started using Office. Outstanding.

I was using a very old version of Office and wanted a new version for myself, my wife, and my granddaughter in high school. This product has served my well for years and I wanted to keep up the newest version. My wife likes the features and it helps my granddaughter in school.

When I bought a computer, I also bought office programs, I was very satisfied.

I purchased this because my office 2007 was getting dated and I needed a program that would be like what I use at work. Office 2007 support is coming to an end, so with this I can upgrade all my computers (up to 5). I know I'll have to pay once a year, but it's up to date, has all the programs i need and Outlook is sooo much better. Mobile apps work well also.

365 family product is a good too for serious student , business men and the cooperate society. Installation is pretty easy and straightforward.

Serves every member of my family and we are able to share this without any hitches.

Great option if you have multiple family members that need access to Microsoft Office and personal cloud storage. Beats paying DropBox or another company for additional storage and you get Office too!

Great for self install, great for small business, and personal use

The convenience of Office 365 is outstanding. Not only is the install and setup easy, but the continuous updates keep the product up-to-date. Also the ability to use on multiple devices and OS makes the transition very smooth.

This Microsoft family is awesome. I had Microsoft before, that i was paying monthly for 6.99. And that was for 3 devices. This purchase is for 6 devices. So my daughter and i can both use because we both have 3 devices each. A good savings. Easy to set up

User friendly, easy to install, great value for the price

Apple 365 is a good product but people need to be aware do not load that program or open it when it gets an email to them wait until they get their product and then at that time install it I have not installed this program because I’ve already purchased a family plan from two years ago and I’m utilizing that now And I don’t know even if I’m ever going to use this purchase product because of the problems I had with the single subscriber one that I lost my money on
