Decent price but it's yearly subscription

It's lame that Microsoft is doing this. I guess it's ok because they give you 1TB of cloud space for each user. Other than that, it works great for the program's that's included.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. I still find Office more versatile than the Apple Pages and Numbers product for my work. The exception is PowerPoint which still is nowhere as intuitive or polished as Apple Keynote. The layout is a bit more Microsoft than Apple now, but the functionality of the programs outweighs this negative.

I wish it were cheaper especially with google docs is free and is getting more and more on par with office products. I hope Microsoft will eventually go back to let you do a one time purchase with yearly updates that are free. I remember the days you could purchase the whole suite and have it for years rather than paying a yearly fee. If they plan to keep the fee than make it half the cost to use.
