Best value, especially for a household with over two computers in it. Don't like the subscription service as much as outright purchasing in the past, but easy to install

The instructions for download were easily understood and installation was quick and efficient. The program itself has already been used often and is very user friendly. If there are any questions regarding use, the online help is effectively providing solutions.

It works. It was somewhat involved to switch the license but it did work correctly.

These days you have to have word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software to get things done in this electronic age. This Microsoft subscription has everything you need to function in this electronic age and it is a terrific value with the number of people you can share your subscription with and the number of devices you can have the software installed on plus the 1TB of cloud storage on Microsoft's OneDrive. A terrific value!

Great deal for a great product. You can use the multiple license across a range of products -- including PCs, laptops, Macs, phones, tablets -- all at the same time. A really great deal.

Microsoft 365 is a seamless transition if you're already using Microsoft Products. I was able to move my Office 2019 and 2016 stuff over to 365 without issue.

I don't know yet if it's more advantageous cost-wise to do a membership compared to buying it outright, but it's nice to know I'll always be up to date. Easy to download and use. I like the newest versions.

I am upgrading from Windows 2007 and this has a completely different organization and feel. Took it to Africa with me and found myself melting the barriers with it as it does have some intuitive feel. Now spread over two computers and suffering but optimistic that "this to shall pass".

I am so pleased with our microsoft 365 family 12 month subcription. I certainly would recommend this product to anyone. I shop at Best Buy and have always been pleased with their products and service.

This purchase was bought to allow me to work on the same platform as I do at work. Also the family subscription seemed to be a bargain.

I needed to have more that 1 license and this seemed like the way to go. I already had a single license version and the leftover on this just extended the time on the new one. Super easy to install.

This software was purchased to use with a new laptop. It was fairly easy to download and get set-up. I was able to become productive quickly. Being able to use on several devices is a nice feature.

I've used these Microsoft programs for many years and would say there is not better system on the market today. I have also used a number of similar programs that are cheaper to purchase, and some are even free, but none will do everything the Office package does.

I have purchased the Office 365 prior and believe it to be the best product for the price. Although some software is installed on NEW computers, it appears older systems have to pay the renewal fees now. Yet, Office 365 has ALL the software at a reasonable price.
