I have been using Microsoft 365 for about 5 years to replace the old-school style of buying new versions of Microsoft Office every few years. I'm able to provide accounts for myself and 4 others. I mainly use the Office products but have also found OneDrive helpful for accessing files across mobile and desktop. Buying from Best Buy may provide a discount.

When I bought a laptop at BB years ago, I bought a 365 subscription because is was cheaper than buying it anywhere else. The laptop is long gone, but the subscription auto renews at the old price and I save money every year.

I have never been disappointed in Best Buy or Geek squad. They are truly professional and honest. They are clear in communicating and deliver real results on time. The sales person Devon spent extra time with me to hear my specific needs in a computer. He was helpful and patient.

Great service! We needed help sorting our Dell Desktop, Wacom Tablet and Dell Monitor . Tony came out to our studio and in quick fashion located and solved our issues. His service was polite throughout the duration and answered all our questions.

This is my yearly renewal on MS365 but love that they remind you plenty of time ahead so you could make changes if you need before it actually re-news
