Best thing around very good for me . Passes the time.

Works as well as any other phone of this type. Good for people with vision problems. Keys are large enough and visible. Sound of voice messages a little low. This is a problem for people with hearing deficit.

I have used excel and word for years and like it's functions. I don't like being charged annually for something I used to be able to purchase once.

Have used the various features many years. Not as fond of the cloud or email and login complexities for setting up on new computers.

What can I say. I love Word and Powerpoint especially, and this software contract renews every year without my having to do anything

We renew the yearly subscription for a few years now. No real comments on the functionality of the software itself.

It is a shame that we can no longer simply buy the software we want but have to rent it :-(

Microsoft found a way to charge us annually, rather than once.

The program is too expensive, So many free programs out there. Can't get rid of auto renew and hard to get receipts. DON'T USE AUTO RENEW!!!! Just pay when they send you a bill, otherwise you have it for life... UGH!

it has been a month best buy charged me for my office 365. when i go office 365 it tells me that have not renew my office 365. I have been in the run around with best buy for weeks and even with Microsoft. Microsoft says that best buy has to send me a link so that know that I paid for it. but after another time with best buy, nothing has happened. You have wait a long time on the phone to talk with the geek squad. this very poor service. I still don't have my office 365. Office 365 worked great, just the run around I'm getting from best buy

Being charged $100 per year for Microsoft office for multi computers. I only have one. Your geek squad at store could not help me get this changed. Said it is a Microsoft problem. Have you ever tried to contact microsoft either by phone or email. What a joke. Will not be purchasing my next computer from Best Buy. Thank you.

Trying to cancel my annual subscription to Microsoft office 365 IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Not happy!!!

Great item. Was a renewed item. Great , that they always send a notice prior letting me know when the payment is going to come out.

I love that I can utilize Microsoft 365 on all my devices and interchange with them all wherever I stop, I can pick up on another device. That’s great for me.

Necessary software. The reminder of the auto-renewal could come sooner.

It’s Office 365, purchased it for the basic word and excel functionality.
