    Its a bit confusing when you download and install but days later your MS account is still telling you to install. Also MS leads you to believe in the desktop ad on your new computer that 365 includes everything. Don't look for help from MS, but Best Buy geeks have been helpful.

    I liked Microsoft products better when you bought the software and owned it to use on your computers. I dislike the yearly subscription. Depending on how you use it, I think there are open source programs that will work fine for free or a much lower price.

    Can't give much info or a rating. I installed 365 myself. Thought Geek Squad would have it installed when they transferred data from my old computer to the new one. Showed Word, Power Point and Excel on my initial page but message kept saying I had to install it. Haven't used it yet to see if it works. I am not computer literate. Installation was frustrating for me. I keep getting a message that I have been locked out of One Drive. Don't know what that is or where to find it.

    Microsoft subscription is a way to gouge customers. You can get free software that does the same thing.
