Got this so I can use office on all the family devices

I was told when I bought the HP laptop squad I paid for would help me upload the windows 365 into my laptop when I was used to using so I have not had help with that and I’m waiting for somebody to contact me to please come help

I think it’s ridiculous to keep paying for the program

Nothing so great . Also not that easy to install too

I have found this version of office to be quite confusing. It seems the only way to save something to my computer is to save it to the "cloud" and then download it.

I am still disappointed that this is on a subscription. I really only use WORD most of the time. This is a waste of money for a 79 year old senior on a fixed income.

Microsoft 365 may be a great product. All will be well as long as you don’t change your mind and wish to return it. Best Buy will NOT allow return or refund - expect to be brushed off with vague directions to “call Microsoft” and “Google for the Microsoft number to call”. Best Buy is happy to take your money for the product, and happy to automatically sign you up for “auto renew” (through them of course), but expect zero after-sales service.

Little disappointed that consumers are no longer given the option to purchase a one time fee as opposed to an annual subscription by Microsoft. This gives us absolutely no choice and the worse part, is that it cannot be transferred once installed in your PC or Mac. Hopefully, nothing goes wrong with your PC or Mac during the year this was purchased.

There is no reason I can fathom that it would need to be a store credit. When I call the 800# they tell me I have to go to the store, which is over 3 hours from me. I have tried calling the store more than 10 times and just get music for 15+Staff is obnoxious

I bought ONE license for office 365 when I bought my wife a new Dell laptop on July 20, 2020. How do I gave two versions of this? One in an orange box and the other in a blue box. What’s going on?

Nothing good to say in about this part here w the item geek squad made the experience extremely unpleasant for me on two occasions to where I wouldn’t come back period to Braintree

The version of Microsoft Office App did not retrieve any of my data or folders for the previous versions. I lost all my files.

I cancelled a year ago because I no longer need, did not use the 1st one purchased

this use to be free and it is stupid that i have to pay for this now

Didn't know what I was getting the salesman did explain it to me but luckily I got my money back.

I was "sold" into making this purchase. This product does not work with Chromebook

returned because I do not need this system on my computer

Wish i could take this back but they said no but still love best buy

Doesn’t work with my computer don’t like it bringing it back

Today at about 3 pm, I could no longer open Excel or Work files.
