adequate lap top for a decent price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guy who helped me tried to hard to upgrade me...not everyone who does grahic design needs a design computer...I knew what I needed coming in, and instead of answering my questions directly, he kept trying to get me to spend out of my budget. When I finally took a firm approach and told him "no, that's too much, this is my budget"...he had the audacity to recommend I put it on my credit cards and make monthly payments, I went from frustrated to angry...I don't need a best buy clerk trying to get up in my finances... I just wanted to come in and buy a computer..should have taken less than a half an hour..took over an hour. The product is good...I just wish that the clerk was more concerned with my needs and budget rather than his up-selling.
