It makes it so much easier to use what they and I are already familiar with.

I also like that I can transfer from my Mac and my I-Pad and even my I phone 5s. This makes life a lot less complicated.

So far my worries have been calmed. Office 365, for the most part, functions much like the software it replaces.

The software makes life easy and buying this from best buy makes the installation process so easy.

I am an end user with very little understanding on the tech side, & I mean just downloading and managing my laptop. I cannot offer much help or info on the apps.

The only problem I have is that I'm unable to send emails when I take my computer somewhere, which is pretty inconvenient.
