Before I purchased the Office 365 at Best Buy, I downloaded through the App Store the Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as I saw it was free, not realizing it was only good for a 30 day trial and would have cost more as opposed to buying it through Best Buy. So I’ve ended the renewal for subscribing, and yet I still am having issues with using the download on this product. It keeps telling me I’m still subscribed, even though I disabled the renewal function for the apps I got through the App Store. Pretty frustrating! If anyone has any advice on how to fix this, I’m all ears!

Product Great - Bill Gates a Thief

We all know MS365 is one of the best but I remember the good old days when I could purchase it outright. Now that I am forced to "lease it" and pay every year to renew it stinks. It is extortion to the nth degree! Exactly how any billions does Mr. Gates need to make on the back of seniors trying to survive on a fixed income. Plus we have NO choice in the matter so we can't break MS's hold on us.

Microsoft Office

Outlook want work on my Ipad

The only thing Ive found is you have to buy a whole new subscription of a better Office 365
