Purchased as a gift. Gift receipient claims to be happy, so I'll give it 3 stars, because I'd give it only 1 for me personally. It's too expensive for a year of usage + I'm not a fan of subscription based software model + Office 2013 is a major disappointment.

365 was offered free of charge with the purchase of a Tablet/Laptop. I bought my own copy of Windows and gave this to a friend. Buying a subscription year after year is more expensive in the long run, so I prefer to purchase the Office suite I need and install.

Moving up from the old version of Microsoft Office, I really enjoy the cloud feature that stores all of my documents. Same format that I have grown to like and everything is user friendly.

Happy with software. Easy to use and does so much. The only reason for the 4 stars is I'm unhappy with a yearly fee. Would have liked an option to just buy the program outright like it used to be.

Convenient and easy to use for multiple tasks. I recommend this product for personal use for word processing, developing spread sheets, and organizing data.

I bought it because I am writing a book and needed the Office 365. Although I'm not familiar with some things someone is helping me to learn it. It makes a lot of my work easy to do.

I wish this came downloaded on every laptop without having to purchase it, but I understand. This is literally a necessity if you are going to be in school at all.

Has everything I need for my online classes and is easy to use. Being able to use on multiple devices let's me work at home, on my phone and at work on my tablet.

This is a necessity. I use it often. I have it downloaded on more than one computer as well.

This is a great product to have because you can install it in a Mac or a PC. I have a surface pro and a MacBook Pro and I can use it on both of them. I only have good thing to say about it.

I bought this with new PC because Office tools are required for my work. However, upon closer review with online research, I found the cost of use for 1-year to be excessive given I would not personally use half of the features. I just needed a basic MS Office suite rather than all the online/cloud functionality this particular product includes. That said, I think if a friend researched it and it matched their exact needs, it'd probably be a decent value and I'd recommend they try it. I returned it before opening it and purchased a simple MS Office suite.

This software works great and as expected. I had no issues from download through the installation and use. It does contain some extras like free Skype minutes that I was happily surprised with.

The software was very easy to install. It took about 30 minutes to upload and complete the installation. Recommend purchasing at the same time as the laptop for savings.

Different from 7, but good. Yearly renewal; yuck!!

I have this on my Apple phone and I love it. It is so easy to use and download. I have been using this product for a few years now. Love it!

I need it to my home office work and daily routine.

Light in weight. Laptop exterior is good for kids.

I'm a part time computer user. It suits me fine. I don't do spreadsheets etc., but for my needs Office 365 Personal is great. It's fairly easy to use even for me.

I love this program but I took a while to download.
