The ability to get a yearly subscription that rolls out updates and is stored in a cloud to be used on multiple computers is pretty cool. Wish the subscription was longer.

It takes a while to install, but it was really good to buy it with the laptop package... All a student would need is in here. Was able to get a discount for this with the laptop. Nice buy!

Lot's of new shortcuts, options and compatibility. Cut and paste of "table" messages / text isn't synched well for pre-exiting WORD templates. Haven't figured that one yet.

I bought office 365 with my Mac and couldn’t be happier. It was a great addition to my Mac and was definitely worth the buy. It works just as well on Mac as it does in pc.

Great program for my business needs. Has lots of features and can be used on any device. I can create documents and share with my team plus OneDrive keeps me organized.

having this subscription is an easy way to always stay current. i get an email when there will be updates so i know when to expect them and so far it has been painless.

The Microsoft 365 Personal edition was not activated by the store and I was not given a code to activate it. I used a five-day temporary Microsoft pass. Now I no longer have access to my Microsoft. I live 125 miles from the store and cannot easily go back to get this updated. I wish Microsoft would go back to a single version with a choice to pay for or not pay for updates to the software.

ONLINE PURCHASE WAS CONVENIENT TO BUY BECAUSE THEY OFFERED IT WHEN I BOUGHT MY MODEM. I HAD FORGOTTEN I WOULD NEED THAT SO IT WAS GREAT TO BUY IT ALL AT ONCE. CAME IN FAST.

I like the way they have office now with cards you can stack for years of uninterrupted use of office. You can also install it on your phone to use! Makes it really easy to do homework.

This program is great for those of us who are not particularly computer savvy. The convenience and ease of the program make it easy to navigate and perform needed computer functions.

Needed this software for home laptop as backup for work laptop. Would be nice if it was work reimbursable, but - what can you do? Happy to have this just in case.

Like any Microsoft updated program, they've changed a few items here and there, but I don't know half the commands and features but I muddled through and keep raising my skills every day..

This comes with everything I want and need, however I am not thrilled about having to pay for a yearly subscription. In the long run it is probably better but it seems like it will cost more.

Love office products and never really invested in any in a long time until now. Glad to have a ready all in one easy to install product to work off my surface pro!

Not to user friendly to install software into a new device.

Not sure if it's the program software or the computer I just bought from Best Buy, but 365 programs are extremely difficult and frustrating to use. Personal 365 is not intuitive, extremely glitchy, what appears on your screen is not always what prints, and sometimes you have to keep clicking until a feature finally works.
