Bought a notebook as with all tech you need to purchase the microsoft software

I bought this program for my mom's new 2 in 1 laptop. It was very easy to download and it's great not having to mess around with different discs. The digital age is upon us and thriving!

As a professional who uses this product at the office , it’s a great way to transition to my home use. Has all the key features needed to organize my life !

Instructions for use leave a lot to be desired. Installation was a breeze once the Geek guys finally got to it (did take four days without my PC for them to install.)

This product is necessary for me to be up-to-date with fellow researchers with whom I write. It was time for me to step into the next level of writing products.

I recieved this as a gift when I got my new laptop and because I had an account previously with time still remaining on my office 365 I was able to transfer that time over to this one!

I'm not too tech savvy so this breaks everything down for me they're so much I can use this for

Tech insisted he could not installWindows 11 because my hard drive was too old (2018), so he reinstalled 10 which I had, but it was not updating. I had a problem and called Microsoft directly and they said it was not true that 11 could not be installed and they easily installed. The MS tech said my ASUS drive is very good and one of the better ones. I had to pay MS $100 to intall the 11 and it worked beautifully and I did not lose any settings or information. He said whomever installed the 10 did not clean up the system and it had a bunch of junk files that needed to be cleaned out that were adversely affecting my system. He deleted a bunch of junk and said the Geek Squad coder should have done that. I also lost my ESET security program and that needed to be reinstalled and other things to clean up. I am very disappointed and would like a refund for the 49.99 I paid for the Windows 10 they reinstalled. I called Best Buy and the agent said she could not do anything and I would have to go directly back to the store to talk to them about it.

Bought my kids each a mac book pro. They weren't beg on Pages so we just added this to their laptops and they are really happy. Some love Pages but we like microsoft office better

The features for editors in Word are amazing. This is the only reason I subscribed to this. Almost endless. It has various style manuals for citations (i.e. footnotes) but it would be infinitely more helpful if it had the complete style manuals for the entire manuscript/article (i.e. AP and Chicago). That would be one complaint. I thought it had the complete manuals integrated with Word. Also, I edit in an area with little Internet access, so I can get no help navigating and learning how to use the editing features because "help" drop down boxes have no info in the software and can only be accessed online. BIG problem for me. Still, editing on Word has come a long way.

This startup is good for one to get a feel of the different apps. Takes no time to install and setup. The good thing is after 1 year you can renew it, if you like it.

Bought this software at the time of the laptop purchase. It did not automatically installed as the sales rep said it would. When setting up the HP Envy, it asked to install it. I agreed since I never got a prompt. It was weeks later that I received notice from Best Buy of my purchases that day. I ended up with 2 copies of 365 on my laptop and billed twice. Geeks did find 2 copies downloaded. I want a refund for the one I purchased at the store. Certainly don't need 2 copies. This part of the set up was very confusing.

It takes effort to get this to work. Stay with it to make sure you can access it after installation.

Technology is progressing faster than our country and we have to get on a fast track to keep the competitive edge in the cyberspace world we created. I'm the first to admit I am not a fan of the changes that have made knowledge of technology a necessary evil especially for doing business. Microsoft Office 365 makes everything virtually a click away from wherever you are. I have a lot to learn about Microsoft Office 365 and the capacity it has for personal and business solutions to help compete with the advancing world of technology and beyond. Thank God for team "geek squad"! They're always ready to assist you and they're the best players on the tech field! #LoveBB

Office 365 Personal (1 Person) (12-Month Subscription-Auto Renew) - Android, Chrome, Mac, Windows, iOS Great Product a must have.

Office 365, Webroot, Windows, printer enterface software was supposed to have been load on my computer via Geek Squad. After 3 visits, my printer does not always interface with my computer. I have only been able to print 25 pages of the owners manuel.

Everything‘s OK except way too much email from Best Buy!!! Let your customers opt in; don’t make us opt out!!! Assume we don’t want to hear from you and you’d be correct If I just bought a laptop from you why would I want to buy another one From you in barely a month??? Even now, you won’t let me submit this without my email address, yet again!! You’re sending me this review so you have it!

It was nice to be able to access and to learn about changes to MS Office applications at an affordable price. Just wish it wasn't limited to just 1 year, but rather the full term at college.

I purchased this product due to using office 365 at work with windows desktop and iMac at home, works great, wish I could upload to work computer also, only downside.

This package is working well on my MAC but I seem to have trouble putting it on the iPAD. It may be operator error in my case. It is not essential as I prefer to use these programs on the MAC.
