Office 360 has been an alternative for me to access all my Word documents. I would prefer the full version but got this year subscription at a great price and decided to try it out.

Nice! Whenever there is a patch or update, you are contacted to download the updates. When the new version comes out, samething, your updated with this.

I have worked with Office for many years in my job and I love that I have it on my personal laptop now. It works great and I would be lost without it.

Purchased separately from Best Buy and the install was easy on my PC. only issue is the colors are so very dull - i have looked at several new laptops and all show Microsoft programs in dull pale colors. Spreadsheets with color rows, or charts etc., all colors look dull. On my 4 year old pc - i compared the same spreadsheet - they look so bright and that's what i was hoping for. Very disappointed on that end. I took the computer in but nothing they can do as it's a Microsoft thing. Bummed.

Best buy has always sold amazing products and this is a great example! The service is always world class.

This updated Microsoft Office has everything I could want and more. I'm learning some of the new updates and applications. It's great!

Ok if you use it regularly but if you don't print that often ?!

Its a bit confusing when you download and install and days later they still are telling you to install. MS support is non- existent, but Best Buy has been good.

Office 365 is a quality program that is user friendly and is good for the novice level user. The program can improve the quality of your work.

I received this for free for purchasing a laptop at Best Buy. The only draw back is the subscription based access for the software. Other than that, I recommend this product.

Added newest version of Office 365. Immediately found and used parts that I did not have on my old versions. An excellent program.

I really haven't used this much to give it a review. However i don't like the idea of Windows office being something i have to subscribe to yearly. That's low down. For shame.

This purchase was unnecessary! The laptop came installed with the Microsoft 365. I was so confused as to why they recommended me to buy it if it was already on the laptop.

Daughter needed for school. She has alot of projects and reports that she need to use office 365 for. Great value with the laptop.

Ridiculous setup; after having purchased the personal 365 version in Sept/2020, now need to upgrade to the family 365 version and there's NO WAY TO DO IT without buying family, installing family, deinstalling personal, and then calling Cust Svc to get the remaining 4 months of personal credited back to our account. What should have been a 10 minute upgrade is now a 4 hour waste of one's life just b/c we purchased 365 from Best Buy instead of from MSFT directly.

I was so excited until I opened the box most 15.5 computers have a ten key and a bigger keyboard. I am very disappointed. The computer runs great but keyboard is too small. InrealiE now that the pictures never showed the keyboard.

Even better than the old version I was using, and very easy to install. My old files load without a hitch, and lots of New features.
