Bought Microsoft office for the first time

Found out at another location the information given was not the truth! I kept it because I got it on sale and saved some money.

I left instructions for the Geek Squad to install the app. They never installed the app after claiming completion and charging for the service.

I got a pretty big discount for purchasing with the laptop and Best Buy membership, but I doubt ill renew it for full price when the term is up, since i have Microsoft products on my work computer.
