So far, so good. The Office 365 provides Word very similar to the version I had been using. So far the transition has been good and, of course, the quality is wonderful as expected.

I have not yet used this much but when I did I was overwhelmed with how much easier it made writing and being able to edit and make more concise my communication. I have not been writing but when I finally do and learn all the functions I already know it will make organizing thoughts better. I need to learn how to use it so I can quit avoiding typing and writing.

The product is great but I need some help in getting the most out of it. Stores seem to think everyone knows how to do all this tech stuff. I am 82 and not tech savy so I have lots of good things in here but don'know how to use it. How about some classes? There must be others like me!

Great. If you have to do any work from home, you need this. It makes the work so much easier. I would recommend this hole heartily.

Microsoft 365 Personal Edition. Easy to install, easy to use. Almost all the features are there.

Software installed fine, install was simple from email with no issues. Its been working fine for me so far

I'm a novice on the computer. Too many options on this. Don't need most of the options. Still trying to learn what they are for. Great for businesses , schools, and professionals.

So far so good I have 1 issue with my Microsoft I'M Trying to resolve my email misspelled Instead of ending with @yahoo.COM It's ending with yahoo.OM With I cannot get a code to verify my identity And I don't know who can help me with this issue

Great value, glad i purchased when i purchased my computer

I never write reviews but I wanted to put here how easy geek squad is to work with! I got this originally for school a year ago and didn’t notice that it was an auto renewing charge at the time of purchase. I called them to get it cancelled, my account was just charged, and hopefully refunded back to me and they did it with no problem or hassle. Definitely was the easiest customer service I’ve dealt with.

Easy to install. Perfect for when my daughter goes off to college.
