Good only reliable word and excel. I use word and excel for day to day tracking, helping kids in school with anything they need, creating to do lists, managing money spending costs, etc. This was installed easily at time of laptop purchase and did the annual where I get all the upgrades. In the constant changing technology world sometimes old reliable meets the need the best!

The price was right, but I miss the days where I could purchase Microsoft products, as opposed to renting them essentially.

This and to the protection and ease of use I need for work.

I do not remember the peoples names who helped me, but they did a great job assisting me with the purchase of my new computer, helped me with the accessories that I needed and setting up my computer for use.

Easy to install. Great product and subscription!!!

Easy download and use for first time. Have owned for one month and so far all software works as advertised. Auto-renew seemed the way to go. Download came as an e mail. Lots of pages to go through but it went fast. Different from my last office but seems to have everything as before - some looks a little different or you get to it differently but the end result is still good.

Great product worth the money if you are a fan of Microsoft products

I need to have all of the features of the latest version of Office, and this definitely meets the grade. I am a frequent user of Outlook, Word and Excel.

This is a necessity if you are going to purchase a laptop! The Microsoft 365 gives you access to a great many office and personal use items that make it worthwhile to purchase. The best move is a BestBuy move. Make the purchase and let them install it when you make your purchase. Cut the red tape and be ready to use the laptop when it arrives. Easy is better than the hard way.

Easy to put on any computer and change computers whenever I want by transferring the code. (only allows one computer at a time). Also works great on my phone and tablet!

I never bought software to 'rent' so..im tying out the subscription bc at the time i wasnt able to afford the $350 or so.. but so far its been great, and they even have life tech support to set up some pesky emails in outlook that wouldnt link or display all the folders..and that is free w/o additional costs so.. that in istself was wroth it. altho depending on the price when it runs out, imight just purchase to own..

This is a great basic product with all the programs I need. Very happy with my purchase of this program for my new laptop.

MS 365 with all the included programs makes our laptop truly more efficient and user friendly. The related guided service is easy and informative. Highly reccomend MS 365.

Fantastic value! I got a 3 months free with the subscription and it was a breeze to enable. My son was able to get started with it instantly for his school work.

So far Personal Microsoft Office works great but I find the notion of having to deal with a subscription unreasonable and greedy on the part of Microsoft.
