Not sure I like the off site storage for my files, but I do like the Defender when shopping.

Great deal great buy why wouldn't i be happy? It was bought at a discount with my new hp laptop but ill be back for the full price next year without a doubt.

Glad I bought the virus protection. I can use it on five devices.

I think it's very expensive; there are other, cheaper products that perform similarly to Microsoft.

Works as expected. Have used several versions of Microsoft and seems to be inline with older versions.

I like the fact that I have subscription, getting the latest upgrades and not having to fork out a lot of money at one time and then it's outdated. I have Microsoft Office at work and it works seamlessly.

The one thing I would say about Microsoft 365 is that we were told in the store that it came with a very good anti-virus software. However, I would recommend that you research that claim.

Easy to download to my laptop. Had no issues whatsoever. Its great for my office needs.

First off, you need to know that this is a subscription model and once the subscription is over, you lose access to everything. The Best Buy employee who sold me this LIED to me when I asked if that was the case and if I would no longer be able to use Microsoft Word after the subscription, and he assured me I could. That is a LIE. So be very careful if you decide you want this product or not. Personally, I don't know that it's worth it. I use Word, Excel and a few other things, but most of the products offered by Microsoft 365 are useless to me. I don't want the AI, their OneDrive photo system is inferior to Google's, and in fact, most of the things they offer are inferior to Google, and many of the things I use Microsoft products for are free on Google. So once my subscription is up, I'll just migrate everything over to Google because I shouldn't have to keep paying for a product - especially if I only want some of the elements. This subscription model is pure greed, end of story.

Its a great deal if you use Microsoft office a lot.

I am liking it so far. This version is a little different, but not hard figure out.

The programing process was a little confusing. I program this on my Surface tablet I just purchased less than a month ago. So when it asked to install the app I was thinking each will show up on my Surface as apps. However, once I got past that everything is good. I have only used Word and Excel so far. Another thing is that it keep saying Skype is working in the background or something. I'm not interested in using Skype. Not sure what that mean either.

i never bought microsoft before , my computer always had on it already , but i had to buy this and it was life saving .

Nice that you just buy a subscription now and get the cloud and updates, it's been so long since I've purchased a new device this is nice. I'm a Teams user, but having a bit of trouble getting it set up here the way I want, so that is lacking. Otherwise, works as expected so far.

Great product is for my daughter and she uses for school

A very good product. 365 has all of the tools I need to perform my work.

The onliine version which is what this is, I believe, is terrible! I cannot save to my desktop or do many of the things I am used to. I understand having to have it in documents if wanting to use from another computer as well, but you need to be able to then place on the desktop. I don't want to search through a bunch of documents just to find one! I have files, can normally go to that file, and easily see my document. There is way too much "wait time" the way it is. I am trying to find a desktop edition but have had not luck as yet.

Met all expectations. Very pleased with product. Would recommend to everyone.
