Great laptop. Big enough and small enough at the same time. The space black I thought would be darker but I like the color anyway. It does show scratches more easily though.

I have been using Microsoft Office since I can remember, and this upgraded version is much easier to use than the previous systems. I am better able to edit my work as I go with the Editor option since it shows everything that I can select on a bigger screen. The clipboard is also more efficient, and I am able to select the order of my copy-pasting into my documents.

I have had multiple issues with the 365 but mostly because I am not literate that way. I did finally get it installed and working great!

I finally made the switch from the old, old version to Microsoft 365 and so far I’m liking this new version. The transfer was relatively easy and I was able to make a PowerPoint presentation within an hour of the unboxing of the new computer and set up.

Buying with a laptop, I got an extra $20 off the annual subscription. That makes it a very good deal. This version is the most scaled back version of MS Office, but that's fine. It is exactly what I need. Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point are going to cover most general users' needs. Good for a student, author, blogger or small business. As a subscription, it is nice to not have to pay a big fee up front for something that will be the old version in a year.

This is a great option for someone like after graduation. So far, I have been using Microsoft 365 at work and have zero complaints. I am able to use all the software apps and get my work done quicker. This is the best decision and the service at Best Buy has always been above expectations. Best Buy offers to assist you with installation and show you step by step instructions on how to install. It’s very simple, quick and easy. I don’t have to go else where for the products. I have been disappointed at Best Buy. All the representatives/sales associates go above and beyond for their customers. Excellent and friend customer service as always. Our family home appliances, laptops, phones and home tv products are all from Best Buy.

Installed this on my computer primarily for Word, but have started using Excel extensively too. Great suite of software and updates.
