very simple to download and install! They send you an email with the link to download the software and also the product key to register for whatever amount of time and amount of devices you purchased. (example I purchased personal 365 for 1 device for 1 year) I haven't used it too much yet but when I have needed a pdf or word document pulled up or downloaded I choose office and it works great!

Microsoft 365 is reliable but miss not having the Publisher App

Office 365 is much more than just getting the desktop versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It's an entire ecosystem that gives you access to your documents and information everywhere you go. For your desktop, Office 365 not only provides the applications that you've known and loved for years: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Publisher (maybe not so much love for the latter two), but it gives you regular updates and the latest versions during your subscription. No need to pay for upgrades. The 2016 versions of these apps are well designed, feature complete, user friendly and run fast. Windows and Mac versions are included, no need to buy a separate license for the platform of your choice. For your mobile life, Office 365 gives you access to these same applications on Android, iOS and Windows tablets and phones. On these mobile platforms, Office apps are more complete than any other mobile office platform that I've seen. When not at your own computer, Office for Web and Outlook.com give you access to limited versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint in the browser of your choice (Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc.). Web versions run just like their desktop counterparts so no learning curve is needed. Office for Web is also your go-to solution when using Chromebooks. But beyond the applications yourself, Office 365 ties all of your data together with the apps using OneDrive. The O365 subscription gives each user 1 terabyte (that one thousand gigabytes) of storage in the Cloud. Office apps can access OneDrive directly without the files being synced or downloaded to your PC, Mac, phone or tablet so editing can be done in real time. What's more is that OneDrive's sharing capabilities allow you to collaborate and simultaneously edit documents in real time with friends and colleagues. Finally, the OneDrive app for iOS and Android allows you to auto-upload full-size photos and videos to OneDrive, as well as share, organize and edit. And last, but not least, Office 365 gives each user 1 hour of Skype calls per month. These calls can be made using a Skype number to landline or mobile phones anywhere in the world. And of course there's Outlook.com, which is your one-stop-shop for email, contacts, calendar and access to Office for Web. Microsoft's vision for the Cloud came together very quickly and with a great deal of thought. It's a great implementation that compliments their desktop offerings rather than compete with them and Office 365 is a vital addition to anyone's daily computing life.

I like my Microsoft personal subscription. I find Microsoft 11 pretty intuitive to use and not a big jump from Microsoft 10. Being a senior, this is saying a lot. That being said, i have no use for the Excell program and may decide to just buy and add the Publisher program by itself so that I don't have to subscribe

Office 365 is a brilliant idea because it allows one to upgrade often to any new office program. Before, buying licenses for the program was expensive which discouraged people from upgrading to the newest one, especially if the difference was in something minor. With this, upgrades are included and everyone can have the best office out there. The only down side is that the card could be lost before it is input on one's microsoft account.

The larger screen opens up more workspace. Apps are easily accessible. The first year Microsoft 365 Suite should come included considering the price point.

Was using Microsoft Windows 10, 365 came with the new HP laptop. A little different layout, took a little bit to get used to, but overall seems like an overall improvement.

Office 365 is the driver of everything you need to use in computer software. You can do spreadsheets, write letters, do a presentation, have your own email account, save files, and get the internet all in office 365. Bill S.

The software was very easy to set up on the computer following the installation instructions. The Microsoft Personal Office 365 provides exactly what my mom needed for personal home use.

A must have for any computer. I use Word and Excel constantly. I have used this product for forty years and am still pleased with it.

MS365 has all the features on previous MS systems and More. In particular word is very similar to windows 98, windows 7, ect. For me, its well worth the cost!

It feels a little daunting at first to get everything set up after downloading the software. But I like Microsoft 365 software better than other word/office type software.

The Microsoft office is a good program. I don’t like that you have to renew it every year.
