Great product! Purchased with my new laptop. Easy to navigate and to download

“Awesome product…this product was purchased as a gift to my granddaughter who is bringing home a ninety plus average.

I have had 3 Toshiba laptops and was always happy with them. Just bought the new 15.6 satellite radius 2 in 1. The first one had 8.1 and I did the windows 10 upgrade and lost the mouse. Unfortunately Toshiba's drivers were not compatible with Windows 10 yet. I had the Geek Squad down grade it back to 8.1. When I went back they told me the driver was now available and I could have it upgraded back to. WINDOWS 10. Went to pick it up and same problem no mouse and it took way to long to start up. The tech realized it was a lemon and I was very frustrated. I had only bought it a month ago and with all the issues had not much of a chance to use it. He spoke to the manager and got us a more updated one already equipped with Windows 10. Took it home and I am very happy with it. I want to thank Anthony at the Salem N. H. BEST BUY. He went above and beyond to address our issue and. get us a new updated laptop even though our exchange period had expired on the other one. He made sure the laptop was up and running perfectly for us. I am really enjoying this laptop. It is fast, amazing stereo sound and beautiful screen color quality. It is the Toshiba Satellite Radius 2 in 1 P55W C5204. Amazing and elegant design. Sometimes you get a lemon but I really appreciate that Anthony made sure we were given a new upgraded version of the laptop without me having to ask. The Toshiba is a very versatile laptop that can be used in 5 position modes including tablet mode. I would recommend this laptop. I have always been a Toshiba fan. I always buy my laptops at Best Buy. The Geek Squad coverage plan is well worth the price. They are great in person and over the phone for tech support.

I've wanted Microsoft 365 for a while now, and it came free with another purchase. Thrilled to have it, and highly recommend! Long-gone are the days where you had to spend $XXXs on software that would be added to just one computer - love that everything is saved in the cloud.

The help was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and even patient for an older adult such as me.It is very important that the older adults try getting technology, as the world has changed so my.best buy has been the place for me hands down. Was using Microsoft Windows 10, 365 came with the new HP laptop. A little different layout, took a little bit to get used to, but overall seems like an overall improvement.

Simple, quick and easy to purchase what I needed. I've been purchasing all my electronics to include appliances with Best Buy and have yet had any problems.

Purchased because I was starting school again and it has been very helpful when doing assignments, especially Word. Set up was easy and I love the auto renew option so I don’t have to worry about buying it again, it’ll already be installed and I just pay the yearly payment.

when I purchased Office 365 I had my doubts only because I would have to depend on the cloud for everything. After I purchased it I saw how easy it is to use and install. I enjoy it and the idea that it continues to update is wonderful. Buying the old way limited one tremendously.

I love Microsoft 365 - offers a lot of features for users to use cloud storage and use especially now with many employees doing work from home and office. The familiarity of normal programs aside (Word, PPT etc.) it allows you to be efficient in any work you need to do. I wish the renewal was a little longer but since this is the only option went with it.

Microsoft 365 is a great product sold by Best Buy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to be more productive.

It's definitely needed if you definitely need its software to do work, use for school, etc. Easy to setup and use right away. I just don't like the fact that you need to pay the subscription yearly, but unfortunately everything costs something nowadays.
