Easy setup, easy to use

This program seems to respond instantly to the commands of the user rather than the typically noticeable delay. The only drawback to this software is that it is a yearly subscription. It saves you money if you do not want to shell out the extra $200 for the full downloadable software, however, this program will require another $60 if you want to keep using it after a year.

We upgraded at work at the same time, so life is frustrating on the computer at home and at work. Not sure of the upgrades from yesteryear til today are really necessary. I do not like the new way Outlook is displayed. Plus, Outlook seems to be slower. All of this will take time to get used to. All new does not excite me like it once did.

It was a problem with my email address and not the product. Now that it is installed it works just fine and I can get all my work done.

I just don't like the fact that you need to pay the subscription yearly, but unfortunately everything costs something nowadays.

Word help give numerous templates to make life quick n easy when correspondence. Excel is an excellent database manager to keep your data base. It gets easier and easier the more you use it. Power point is excellent too. All is super easy to use with a few training videos.
