Also gives the option to add on admiral months at a reduced rate, I passed on that but good to know for future purchases. The programs are so necessary and functional to use.

The drop off of old computer to have items transferred wasn’t as good. The person at the desk wasn’t friendly and quite non responsive

I'm sure other programs are good and maybe better to some, but I learned on them and they work great for me, so I'd rather just stay with them. This office program is a great small package for those of us that can't seem to go without word and excel. I upgrade Office every few years and will probably continue to do so, especially if I get a discount when purchasing a new pc!

So far this is far superior and much better... And I am sure that whenever I can find somewhere / somehow to access and utilize all new features - I will like it much better

Some small issues initially getting Outlook to sync properly but those were resolved when I updated. My only real issue is I don't like having to do subscriptions.

The price as good. I do kiss the days when you didn’t have to renew every year but that’s Microsoft. I didn’t like that I was limited to Microsoft apps especially because we bought this as part of a computer package for on line learning. I was able to turn that off.

I am tech challenged. This is an easy product to use.
