Must purchase to get the most out of any laptop, whether Apple or Microsoft. Functionality is great for small business owner.

Microsoft has not learned the old "if it is not broken do not fix" The continued downgrades make the product user unfriendly and not attractive. Basic programs more difficult to use than old ones almost switched to Apple for this reason

So far so good, keep your links and code numbers in an easy to locate place and Windows will do what Windows does best.

Installed on new laptop; installment was easy to navigate. This far, all the 360 applications I’ve utilized have presented with no issues, glitches, delays or concerns.

Bought Microsoft 365 when I got an email to update. I couldn’t get Microsoft to work so I went to 3 Best Buy geek’s and none could why Microsoft was not working. The 3rd geek bought a new Microsoft 365 and that did not work. They found that my computer was too old for Microsoft 365. He said he would refund the first Microsoft 365. When I got my new computer they said they could not refund so I went to customer service and they could not refund it. They gave me a phone number to call and that person just said I had the Microsoft 365 over 30 days. She did not listen to me that it was over 30 days because they could never get it to work. She did not care, over 30 days and no one was higher than her.

I'm very pleased with Microsoft 365. It has everything that I needed. It also has Microsoft Defender which protects my computer from Malware. I like the all in one package.

Microsoft 365 is easy to navigate and have used it for work and personal use. It was part of the package that came with my previous laptop. When I purchased my new laptop, I purchased this among the various choices. I highly recommend Microsoft 365.

Everybody is using Microsoft 365 these days, whether Mac or PC. Product is very easy to use and easy to access; help is always just around the corner if needed. Worth the price for what is provided.

Love the Apps, made lufe so much easier having the digital edition

I'm sure that I'll like the product much better as I learn it. I'm just not very electronically literate and am having to take it gradually. Based on my previous experience with Office, I know I will really like it. The main thing is that it is not obsolete, so I don't get those messages like I did before!!!

I needed the office suite for business and personal use. I do not like the method Microsoft is using to allow the customer to use the product. I prefer to purchase a software product and use it as much as I need. the new 365 is a yearly purchase and has more stuff than I will ever use so it just takes up more drive space.

Very helpful as a student, user friendly. Interface makes it much more exciting to use microsoft office. My only go to when studying and data analytics.
