We're very happy with our Dell computer. It is light to carry and doesn't take much room. Works great and fast. It is also a quiet desktop.

No problems with this softwear. I can understand it better. And it all the features I need. I use it here at home mostly just for fun.

A wonderful piece of equipment! Easy to operate and it holds my records well. The sale offered some good time to get used to its operation before taking it home. I have always been very pleased with people and equipment there.

Works well with Microsoft 365. I got a few, and I would buy this again in the future if they have the same deal. Microsoft allows you to stack up to 5 years max for Office 365. In addition to the 15 months, I got one more extra month from Microsoft by adding my credit card to the auto renewal when activating the new subscription. The fingerprint readers come in an unsealed box. I don't trust the fingerprint readers enough to test them out or use them. However, the card just works as expected

Love Microsoft 365! A big plus for me laptop. Enjoy learning all the new ways to use it. Especially like Word. Learning how to use Excel. Bought a book on Windows 11 how this too will help. Purchased Microsoft 365 (1 Person, 12-month subscription) from Best Buy and it’s been just what I need. It fits both my business and personal needs with ease—Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive all work smoothly. Setup was simple and the subscription gives great value for the features included. No complaints!

This product is well worth $99/year. I'm always using the most current software (and more types of since you get the entire suite of products) for much less money than having to constantly purchase and upgrade. I wasn't sure in the beginning, since I am such a cost-conscience person. But I will be renewing when it's time.

I have always been pleased with my products purchased from Best Buy, and this one is no different. Best Buy Geek Squad staff are always willing to help if I do something the wrong way. I recommend Best Buy products to anyone needing software, computer/laptop, or anything similar.

This is a great value for the money, especially when it's on sale! Not only do you get the apps, but you also get 1TB of space in the cloud where you can store anything you want, including documents and photos not related to anything processed with Office software. If you're a Mac user, you may find that Pages works better for some things, and MS Word works better for others. So I like having both. Excel is much better than Apple's Numbers, but that may just be me. Apple's Keynote and MS Powerpoint each have their pros and cons. Personally, I prefer Apple's Mail over Outlook, but I know some people who don't like Apple's Mail. Installation was a snap. You can install it on two machines (desktop and laptop in my case), which is quite handy.

The Microsoft 365 Suite answers my need to organize, and then stay organized, through the easy usage of the various programs. Installation was quick and easy.

Was difficult to install but works well. Best Buy handled the last part of installation for me in about 3 minutes. Works fine with old files so I am quite happy with it.

Microsoft 365 Personal is the ultimate digital Swiss Army knife -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, plus plenty of cloud storage. One subscription. Endless productivity and peace of mind. If "work smarter, not harder" was a product, this would be it.

Microsoft delivers a great product but I did have trouble installing it with the key code on the receipt. The Geek Squad helped me resolve the problem remotely. Thank you Geek Squad

I renewed it online then went through the activation process. All very simple.

I have been happy with the package and all the features included so far. Still trying to learn to use it, but it does provide good tutorials to navigate the system

Love my 365 office program, especially the ease of outlook for both my Ultra S 25 phone and Asus working together.
