She was able to install the program swiftly and with great accuracy as well as give me some basic instruction on how to use it effectively. Ag is a real asset to the Geek Squad technology and deserves a promotion and pay raise.

Geek Squad very professional

You can view your files from any device and location but you must have the internet. It's very convenient for me to use. I like the new premium features. Yes, Microsoft has done it again. I will buy the business subscription very soon as well.

Not sure if you are better buying full version

If you do not want to store your documents on the cloud and access from multiple computers, then you might be better buying the full version. Having the version that authorizes you to work on Ipad or Iphone is a plus. If you don't upgrade your computer every 3-4 years, this version will cost you more in the long run if you don't need to store in the cloud.
