The television is great unfortunately i still. Don't have the missing leg for it that i ask you ttoo send me. 4.times now. I hope to stay a best buy customer but not if can't even make good oon a missing part

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the inability to change some of the screen layouts/new features I do not like back to those in previous versions.

Great, easy to use

My only problem lies in the saving of files outside of the recommended OneDrive server. I have to export my files in order to save them to a flash drive, but once I figured out the process, I was able to easily save them. Overall, I will continue to use this product as long as I possibly can.

Too Expensive

To gain access, you have to go through so many steps to use it. It should be a simple process to gain access to the software.

Installed on a 10 year Toshiba

Geek Squad installed it on both my laptops. It works great on my 10 year old Toshiba and my new 2023 Samsung. That’s not a typo, I purchased my Toshiba in 2011 from Best Buy.
