I had no issues when installing on my new computer. Not particularly happy it has to be renewed each year but that isnt Best Buy's decision

No problems getting the programs to install, and very quickly up and running.

This is easy to install, and use, but a bummer that it's only for one year.

Installation was easy, software is working well after one month of use.

This program is a great way to keep track of my documents and spreadsheets. Very user-friendly, even for a senior adult.

Use this service all the time for work and home, every needs it and like the use of being able to login anywhere as needed.

If you are a real compute smart person, probably wouldn't need this.

An old friend...! Great MS Office suite to work with...! Easy to see the years that have gone in to improve this software. I like working with it... perhaps because I am familiar. Not sure if it can edit pdfs and pics etc.?

Easy to install and works great. Once email come through it was super easy to get downloaded.

This is an excellent product. I've used Office products for years and always find them to be top of the line. I haven't had any problem with accessing prior documents in any of the programs. And now that I have the addition of Access, I can go back to doing good databases. Love, love this whole grouping, And having a discount on the first year is even better.

It’s been much more difficult to use than expected. The navigation controls for everything are substantially more difficult that my prior version and not intuitive at all I’m still struggling to make the transition ussing it just for mail and most often opt to read mail on my iPad which has very intuitive navigation controls.

Got this tablet for my daughter, an upgrade from the small version and it performs amazingly

It was super easy to install on my laptop. Price was fair

It is a nicer feature on my phone than the original email program. The only improvement I can think of is to have a delete option without fully opening an email on my phone. As for the computer version, it is a lot better than my previous version. I can pull up the unread messages for review quicker; especially the ones I need to keep as unread until they are needed.
