Of the software because it lets you know when it needs to be updated and it's really good quality it the latest features and I would recommend it

The technician was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained that the Dell Computer's motherboard had died. So I looked for a Surface Pro. I decided to purchase one as other family members have these computers and they give them good reviews.

I am enjoying the updated Microsoft 365 program. I will be using this program for our business and other uses.

So far it seems easy to use and easy to follow the instructions we had no problem the sales guy was great!

So far, This product does everything I expected of it for my writing an PowerPoint projects. I will watch to see if having it as a subscription is worth the continuing cost. My needs are few but my curiosity to see what the program can do is lively.

Pretty good. At least the process is quick and easy. And good way to see if you want to stay with a Microsoft 365 card or not.

I recently bought a new MacBook Pfo, and the Best Buy sales associate recommended getting Office 365. I bought it but didn’t install for a long time. I was using the resident iWork programs (Pages, Number, etc,) and they seemed to work OK. After I did install it, I was super happy. Lots of options when you have Outlook, WOD, and Excel. Neat thing is that I can use my 2 button mouse just like on a PC. Makes it easier for those of us who convert over to IOS from Windows.

The camera does not work for ID as far as I can tell and Best Buy tech support was not helpful-- they offered an exchange, but the same problem occurred without a solution. The fingerprint ID is spotty as well. There are no separate Home, End, PgUp and PgDn keys so that the Fn key has to be used at the same time. The only reason I bought this instead of another HP Spectre 360 was that the tech who tried to repair it (after a fall and tea spilled on it) said the optane memory was damaged at the same time as the motherboard and could not be repaired and he recommended the EVO connection to the SSD. Otherwise, the computer works fine.

Offers a complete software platform for personal and business use. Fairly easy to use for less sophisticated users, but it offers full functionality. I especially like the versatility of the Excel spreadsheets.

Microsoft programs are a must have and thus bundle is a must have as well! Easy to register and hit the ground running.

Awesome deal, easy to install. I would recommend. This is needed to prepare letter and excel is needed in my business.
