So far I've only used Word and it works fine. Nothing else to say.

Microsoft 365 is an excellent solution for individuals who need the use of the software from anywhere.

365 has always been a must have. I have never had a problem with using this product since it was first released.

The product I purchased is fine, what lacked was customer service from geek squad. The desk was seriously understaffed. I found 6 employees standing around visiting with each other and a manager and when approached about maybe helping the long line of people at geek squad they scattered like flies. When I asked the young female manager if someone could help, she said no.. they were scheduled on the floor and couldn’t leave it to help out.. when asked if she could help, she gave the same runaround. When I asked for the name and best way to contact the store’s general manager I was told to call the stores main number and ask for them that way. When I asked her for the best time to reach them I was told, “I don’t know their schedule” in a rude tone.

Could not use this computer without this software.

The software is great, I do use it. However, I bought it through the website, not from the email link. Now I keep getting notices that my subscription will end bc I have not renewed it! How can a software company not keep their communications and purchases up to date with each other?

I already have Office 365 Home. This Personal edition was part of a promotion. Unfortunately, I can't actually apply the Personal license because that would downgrade me from 5 licenses to 1. But as far as Office 365 goes, I like the service. Some may prefer the outright purchase, but if you have several machines to keep updated, this is a good alternative.

Microsoft Office - it does everything I need it to do. I use word and Excel almost every day for my home-based business.

Everything I need and more. Wish it did not constantly insist on AI and Cloud storage though.

Very easy to use for me as senior citizen, I enjoy the updates.

Great price for all ms applications. Ms word and cloud storage is the application I use the most but overall it is still a great price for all that is included.
