I got a good deal and am getting used to putting my files on the cloud with the included storage. I like that I got all of the Office products. It works just like the Office I purchased outright for my desktop.

Supposedly I purchased a plan giving me access to 365 on 5x computers. There is no way to contact MS about a replaced computer. Their Customer Service contact is not useful.

Great Product for college student

He needed Microsoft Word for a school project. We bought the Microsoft 365 Personal online. He had the code within minutes-downloaded to Mac Book and never missed a beat in class.

Use Best Buy to get this

Price is more competitive than buying direct from Microsoft and as good or better than other resellers.

I think this really should be offered for atleast 1 year when u purchase a new laptop or atleast 6 months. But it is what it is . Product does what is suppose to and is needed .
