Microsoft 365 is a great Office package for my laptop. However, I wish there was a shortened version of Microsoft 365 for those of us who use our computers for household management, Internet searches, photos, document storage and Gmail. It’s helpful to have Word and Excel, however, as a retired person I am no longer in need of the additional Office products. The initial cost is acceptable, however, to continue to charge year after year at the same price is a little exorbitant; A reduced price for yearly renewal would be appreciated. It’s all about the dollars with the big corporations.

Offers a complete software platform for personal and business use. Fairly easy to use for less sophisticated users, but it offers full functionality. I especially like the versatility of the Excel spreadsheets.

I was still using Microsoft Office 2010 which I liked, but Microsoft 365 was a good decision. It works on windows computers as wellas Mac and your documents can be accessed from any device, even mobile devices.

This should be for longer than 12 months for the price

Having all the convenient Microsoft Office apps on my Mac is great! I chose to only buy a one year subscription because I'm told that Microsoft Office is coming out with a newer version later this year. When that happens I'll use my student discount to purchase the 3-year package.

If you need anything through Microsoft office, excel, word, etc.. get this!!! Comes with so many and SUPER easy to download and use..

The camera does not work for ID as far as I can tell and Best Buy tech support was not helpful-- they offered an exchange, but the same problem occurred without a solution. The fingerprint ID is spotty as well. There are no separate Home, End, PgUp and PgDn keys so that the Fn key has to be used at the same time. The only reason I bought this instead of another HP Spectre 360 was that the tech who tried to repair it (after a fall and tea spilled on it) said the optane memory was damaged at the same time as the motherboard and could not be repaired and he recommended the EVO connection to the SSD. Otherwise, the computer works fine.

It is a convenience to shop for software from your bedroom at 4:53AM. In the store, however, you are assured that your purchase is in yout complete control, whereas on line when purchasing a digital product, you may have to contact the vendor, the developer through the chat box to complete the purchase.

Great price for members. Tried installing this unit but still haven't figyres it out.

I've only started using this product but so far so good! Have always been happy with the Microsoft Office programs.
