recently purchased Microsoft 365 to install on two laptops for our church, and it has been a wonderful investment. The setup process was smooth and easy to follow on both devices. The subscription provides access to all the essential apps we need—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—along with cloud storage through OneDrive, which has been a huge help for keeping our church documents organized and accessible. One of the best features is the ability to share files and collaborate in real-time. This has allowed our ministry team to work more efficiently and stay connected, even when we are not physically together. The security features also give peace of mind, knowing that our data and records are protected. Overall, Microsoft 365 has been a blessing for the church, providing reliable tools that help us operate in excellence and keep everything running smoothly. Anthony was very personable and knowledgeable about the concerns of my laptop. At pickup he explained all that they found and provided some "tips" concerning the fraud that I experienced. He also checked my iphone and cleaned out the "junk" apps that were not needed and could open a threat for fraud. He also installed Norton which I had bought previously into the laptop. Microsoft 365 has helped bring me into the future compared to my previous 15-year-old computer set up, Learning the new features has been smooth and definitely improved my work technology and online presence.

This is a great package, but it would be better if there was a way to easily toggle from my personal MS 365 to my work MS365 on the same computer. I'm not a fan of subscriptions, personally. I would rather be allowed to upgrade from time to time with less expense.

Like Microsoft 365. It is hard not to function the use of a computer without the use of the microsoft programs.

I bought an HP laptop to replace my eight-year old computer that was slow and increasingly unworkable. The set up for my new computer was east, and I was able to select and install applications I can use for my needs. I am a retired nurse and church volunteer. I need to be able to email other church members, create and edit Sunday school lesson plans and spreadsheets for the stewardship campaign and budget. My new computer gave me seamless access to my church's Google drive, and interfaces with my printer.

The Microsoft 365 personal Windows was really easy to download and activate. I can use across multiple devices. Great product!

Microsoft 365 this software provides a variety of excellent software options that help me in my home business. I especially use Word and Excel Spreadsheets. I love the fact that it is easy to install and easy to use. I don't like complicated software that is hard to install or use. This is very simple and easy and always at my fingertips.

Haven’t used it all since I recently upgraded to Windows 11, but it works well with all applications so far.
