I also have Microsoft 365 and what I wanted to do was somehow convert my subscription to a family subscription and couldn't figure out how to do so. Maybe next year. :)

I really wanted the multi-user version, so when I tried to "buy up" to that one, I couldn't. I had to outright purchase the multi-user, which left a single-user one unused. Waste of money, so it ended up not being free for me at all. The product itself is fine, does everything Office usually does.

It also began to automatically look on the cloud for any documents that we might wish to access. Quite a pleasant surprise. Very smooth transition. Excellent result

For a word processor I prefer WordPerfect rather than Word, so I'm very disappointed about not have the choice to download the WordPerfect program unless I pay for another package.
