I love Microsoft 365 so much I use it for school and it’s nice it come with it.

Windows 365 is absolutely essential for anything you want to get done on a laptop; from saving a recipe to updating a resume, keeping track of expenses (hello excel) or preparing a presentation deck. The introductory price is reasonable. Very happy with the product!

Had no issues installing and setting up. Highly recommend setting up all of the Multi-factor auth to keep you account secure!

Bought Microsoft 365 as a bundle with my new laptop. 15 months and $69 I wanted to try it out. I will probably renew when time is up as I really like the Word option, I have another free office app on my old laptop and 365 is so much easier to use. You can put it on 5 devices but my old laptop and desktop have Windows 10 not Windows 11 like my new laptop so it doesn't work as nice on them. Not an issue since I was replacing the laptop because of the Windows 11 so I won't need to use the old laptop and I will be replacing my desktop tower soon so it will also have 11, so then there will be harmony again.

365 is great. It's the purchase that went sour. The salesperson told me to subscribe to the individual 365. I did so & when we went to buy another computer, the account was all screwed up. They said we should have never un subscribed to family 365. The switched us back to family. I have no idea now what I'm being charged

The Microsoft 365 works well and is easy to install on the computer. What doesn't work the best is integration of Outlook with other email providers and takes a bit to get connected and up and running - have to know ports assigned etc.... Otherwise the products work effectively with my Apple workbook

At the start I told the agent that I was an old man and computer illiterate. The agent talked clearly, which is unusual these days, patient, understanding and made his suggestions and answers to my questions plain and simple for me to understand. He sounded like he really enjoyed his job and made me feel important. We need more like him these days.

I can now do my school work thanks to Best Buy great prices and deals.

I have to admit I had been resisting the idea of buying Office for my laptop, but now that I’ve done it, I am glad I did. I find Word so much easier to use on my PC, and having PowerPoint has enabled me to turn our presentations that have won praise. The Office Suite really is a productivity boost for me, and Office enables me to try a full range of user-friendly and useful applications that play well with each other. If you have a PC, Microsoft Office is a really terrific choice!

Bought for my grandsons computer for college does everything he needs

Works as designed but as far as using on 5 devices, all devices need the same sign-on.

I appreciate this being offered. All 3 I will be calling After the holidays to be sure it’s installed. I signed up again for this product because in 2024 I had to use it for my computer when I hadn’t used it for some time I received support and it worked great and I want to thank the technician for their expertise and patience

The product seems to work quite well. I purchased the personal version. It has improved a lot.

I signed up for Microsoft 365 Personal a year ago and couldn't live without it. Having access to the entire Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a real plus. The 1TB of storage on OneDrive is a huge plus for securely backing up and sharing documents, photos, and videos. The apps are always update, and the compatibility between different devices (PC, Mac, mobile) is perfect. It's excellent value for money for personal use.
