I've been using Microsoft since elementary school. This was easy to install. So far I've only used Word and Excel, but no complaints with either.

This is a great product for a reasonable price! In the past I purchased microsoft office at full cost, I had no idea that based on the number of people using the product and for what reason, the price could be less. I appreciate the sales associate sharing this information, as it was purchased for my personal use and because of that I got a much better price!

Works as advertised and designed. My only complaint is that I hate that youmhave to pay for it year now.

I have always been pleased with my products purchased from Best Buy, and this one is no different. Best Buy Geek Squad staff are always willing to help if I do something the wrong way. I recommend Best Buy products to anyone needing software, computer/laptop, or anything similar.

A wonderful piece of equipment! Easy to operate and it holds my records well. The sale offered some good time to get used to its operation before taking it home. I have always been very pleased with people and equipment there.

The new upgrades are very confusing. You have to search for every single thing. The icons are just not good. There are so many “improvements “ you have to take extra time just to get to where you previously had just pop up. I don’t like it, but you’re not given a choice.

The application built in Microsoft 365 are not only important but also displayed the qualities to enhance the quality standards of the laptop.

Microsoft 365 is awesome! So helpful and useful! Do not know what I've done without it!

The best one that I love about this program is the PowerPoint because I love to create. I have gotten kind of rusty because I am retired, but getting back into using it has been awesome.

Love Microsoft 365, and all of the new additions that have been added.

Great product designed to work with multiple units

I use office suite in my business and depend on its easy and familiar use to accomplish my business tasks and goals. Office: Familiar, tried and true, just right.

It's software. Works for me. Would recommend to anyone that needs software.

Getting Microsoft 365 Personal was a great decision. It’s super convenient having access to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on all my devices, and everything syncs perfectly. I use it a lot for work and personal projects, and it’s nice knowing I always have the latest updates. The 1TB of OneDrive storage is a huge bonus too, so I don’t have to worry about running out of space. It’s definitely worth the subscription, especially if you need these tools regularly.

This Microsoft 360 is awesome! I haven’t used a computer in years. I was elected as secretary to an HOA Board and had to write minutes for the meeting. It was so easy. All I had to do was ask questions on my Microsoft 360 and I had a template in seconds. Everything was lined out for me. I could even send to another member and they could edit and send back to me. It was a piece of cake. I had compliments on my minutes and it was all do to my Microsoft 360!

We bought the Microsoft 365 personal to install on our new HP 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop! The download and installation was very easy and the product works flawlessly with no issues. MS is very consistent, thus my first choice as a word and publishing software.

Microsoft 365 Personal is the ultimate digital Swiss Army knife -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, plus plenty of cloud storage. One subscription. Endless productivity and peace of mind. If "work smarter, not harder" was a product, this would be it.

This might be hard to believe but your computer does not come with what many would consider basic software. Computers have long since progressed beyond just typing letters but finding out it does not come with some type of word software is highly dubious. Some might point out it comes with an expanded notepad software and I defy anyone to use it for anything more then a grocery list. Most new computers come with a one year subscription to this product which is how I got it. It is nice but not being able to just buy it but rent it is something I will have to consider when my year is up. This year long subscription comes on a little plastic card where you have to scratch off to reveal a number to redeem it online. BE VERY CAREFUL when scratching off the covering film, if you damage the card or scratch a number rendering it unreadable you might be out the purchase price. If this happens Best Buy will tell you its a Microsoft issue and Microsoft will tell you its a Best Buy issue. I got lucky, I think, that because I am a registered Best Buy Rewards Member that I got an email with the code reminding me to redeem my product. With out this I would have been out of luck. I like Microsoft Software but the idea of renting their product every year versus just buying it is not something I am sure I can do, at the end of the year I will have to make that decision or take my chances with one a several free office software products available online.

Great software & still amazed at all you can do with this from the co-pilot to AI. Good, good stuff.
