I purchased this as part of a Christmas gift (Laptop) for my wife. I probably should have used my work email, as she has access to our personal account. In summary, she hasn't received the laptop let alone downloaded the software. Signed, Not a smart gift giver

Microsoft personal. Just you and Microsoft. It’s not public, you and 20 other people in a small subway car, nowhere to sit, someone’s eating, why is it so hot in here, did that person shower today,??? I just wish this was more personal… ah!!! That’s why I like it. Personal.

From the option of cutbside pickup all the way to their geek squad house calls for installations the customer service is what i can only describe as the bees knees! (Just a little tid bit, that saying comes from the fact that bees collect the sweetest pollen balls behind their knees on their way to make the honey.) Best Buy you will forever have a sweet spot in my heart and daily life, Thank You
