I bought the Office subscription when I bought a new Lenovo laptop. Six weeks in, I was having issues (unrelated to Office) and Lenovo support told me (wrongly, it turns out) that I had to reset my computer to the default settings. After I did that, I mentioned that I was concerned about my Office subscription and Lenovo (again, wrongly) said they could put the 1 yr subscription back on the computer. Instead, they cancelled my existing subscription AND only gave me a 30-day trial. Then Best Buy's Geek Squad emailed me and said that since I had "purchased" an Office subscription from another retailer, I would no longer get Geek Squad support. I called and spent half an hour explaining to Best Buy what happened. They said that even if Office fixed it and got my original subscription back, Best Buy would not provide support unless I purchased, at full price, another year subscription. This is their policy. I asked for a supervisor and, after 23 minutes on hold, I was told he was too busy to talk to me. Office did fix the issue and simply re-installed it on my laptop; the very helpful woman also said they will provide support if needed. Moral of this story: don't rely on Best Buy for support of this product (oh, and don't buy a Lenovo computer).

I’ve always liked Microsoft Office and getting this for my new computer was great. I mostly use Word since I write papers and have done more than 1 book. I have great confidence I can send my manuscripts to a publisher and the format will be easy for them to convert for book printing I also use Outlook for my email anll the time and excel for spreadsheets. I rarely use the other programs, however.

Really like it so far. Has come in very handy on multiple occasions.

This is a good product and MS’s commitment to constant improvement means that it’s hard to beat Excel!

Very easy to install and activate. The subscription works perfectly on my laptop and phone. I mainly use Word, Excel, and OneDrive, and everything runs smooth. Worth it if you need Office apps regularly.

THIS PRODUCT MICROSOFT 365 IS PERFECT FOR DOING ANY WORD DOCUMENT AND ALSO FOR EXCEL. I USED THIS PRODUCT DAILY FOR FINANCE AND BUSINESS WORK.

Other than some tweaks to shut off co-pilot and some new and annoying "helpful" hints, the transition between Windows 10 and Windows 11 versions of this software was relatively painless. A word to new transitioner to Windows 11: Microsoft "DROPPED" support of older music/sound (Think Dolby) so if your "music " or videos (nice pix- no sound) no longer play - Don't freak out, there is an fix. You'll have to look for it. Sigh.

Not much to say about a product that is well known and used. Simply entering a review to quality for a gift card. I do enjoy having Copilot.

The have excellent customer service and products of quality.

So far so GREAT in using my Mac Air laptop. Kudos to John for his help in my reselecting a more appropriate device. He proved to be an excellent computer customer matchmaker. The geek squad was very professional in the data transfer, Matt kept me abreast of the progress (molder computer was dying and the transfer was slow) and gave me a good startup lesson when I went to pick up the device.
