Software that will allow users to create many different documents. I wish we did not have to subscribe.

I'm glad I purchased the Microsoft 365, I haven't yet fully used it, but happy regardless and it will be available to me when I need it.

It has been YEARS since I last bought a new desktop computer... like at least 10, maybe 15...? when we purchased our new Dell 27 all in one, the sales lady was nice enough to let us know we would probably want this. We also set it up to bring in our old PC so they could transfer all my data to the new one. When I went to pick it up, the nice lady in the geek squad reminded me I didn't yet purchase the Microsoft 365. So, obviously, I did that and everything is working great. I've been very satisfied with my purchases and experiences at Best Buy.

My impression of the computer is that it is very good and easy to navigate. HP has been my go-to for computers and electronics for the last 25 years.

There’s no better software than Microsoft Office 365 for writing and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations—especially if you’re connected to the internet. In my opinion, it’s even better than the traditional version of Microsoft Office because MS 365 gives you seamless access to the latest updates and features. I’m currently using it on my Lenovo laptop, and it’s working flawlessly.

So far,...so good. Made the purchase on the recommendation of a BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD/SALES PERSON to assign it to my new HP ENVY laptop purchase. I'm happy with ALL aspects of this purchase.

I would give this item 5 stars, however I'm still confused as to why when I downloaded this item, it still prompts me to install. I was later able to install the item.

Great addition to have for school for my Ipad and computer

It provides me with the tools that I need for my daily work.

Programs doing fine. Would like to learn how to control/use CoPilot when I am working on a document or spreadsheet.

Yeah, it’s a product we use on our computer every day almost every day. My husband uses it a lot for his work and home as well for everything that he does at home. He’s a word guy and everything goes into 365 Office wise because of all the paperwork that he likes to compile.

I've worked on 365 professionally for years now, and have loved it! I am new with the Personal version and havent yet figured out how to get my outlook working but everything else is working wonderfully. So glad to be in the cloud!

Great to have the tools that it takes to do the jobs for daily household computing

This program has a lot of useful features for our personal office use.

The supervisor Chris saved the day for me by getting geek squad to help me renew my Microsoft subscription. I had initially tried to renew online, and then via telephone but had run into problems because my iCloud storage had shrunk back to regular size and therefore my emails stopped functioning completely. Lesson learnt to either do automatic renewal or at least before the renewal date to prevent the difficulties i ran into.

It was a great price on sale. I can't get away from needing at least Word and Excel on a regular basis, even though I do have the free OpenOffice-based suite. Even though it's now a subscription product, and I'll have to pay full price if I decide to keep it past the first year, it was a real deal and I can use on all my computers (the license is good for five machines; don't know if that includes the iPad and iPhone).

Every time I go to best buy, I always find what I need at a great price.And I am never disappointed.This was also a great product

Once this product was installed, I liked the easy of using it. It contained many helpful features that made my workload lighter. i encourage everyone to consider purchasing this product.
