Microsoft 365 12-Month Subscription Plan

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish that I didn’t have to pay to use Microsoft 365 services, but I got the plan cheaper with my laptop purchase, so I’m at least grateful for that. The codes worked as intended, the staff at Best Buy were super helpful and professional, and I am completing work and school assignments easily now. I am satisfied with the quality of my purchase either way. Again though, I still wish I didn’t have to pay for services that are the same as Google’s services. They do almost the same thing, just with different purposes and different unique features to each of their respective services. (Only Google’s is FREE!!!)

Purchase of New Laptop Was an Excellent Experience

The salespeople who assisted me during the actual purchase of the HP Laptop and the Geek Squad members who assisted me after the sale to transfer data from my old laptop and explaining the operating system of the new computer and downloading Microsoft 365 and Webroot antivirus programs were all very professional and proficient. I am very satisfied with the entire transaction from beginning to end!
