Initially I had problems with "Publisher." Microsoft did an excellent job working with me to correct the problem. Like all the features that come with this product.

Great program and easy to install and use but would get multicomputer program installation in future.

I am still learning to effectively use Office 365. I like the fact that I can use it on my other devices. But, I am neophyte when it comes to its use and its features.

There were a couple of choices for the office cards and the personal fit my needs Best. As a student I definitely needed this and I use it often.

I purchased this when I purchased my Mac. The rep was great and helped me understand what I was buying.

I like the changes made to Microsoft 365 from my old version of Microsoft Office. Easy to use.

I wish the surface pro would come with this package but it was affordable and very easy to install. It's easy to use and it gives you different templates to choose from.

I haven't used MS Office in a few years and it has changed! I added it on to my new computer so I have just in case, but I don't use it often. Works great so far!

So far I'm liking the ease of 365 it has what I need to maneuver from word, spread sheet and other features.

Microsoft 360 is the way to go. I recommend it to everyone.

Office 365 was represented to me by the salesperson as a "full-fledged" version of Microsoft Office. I described my prior use of Office Professional and that I needed to be able to continue using the components of Office in the same way. The assurance that Office 365 is always updated to the most current version and the small subscription price as compared to the cost of Office Professional were definite enticements to purchase it. However; once I tried to use it, I was very disappointed. Outlook is NOT the same at all as with Office Professional. It won't allow me to add my current email addresses - it only allowed me to set up an @outlook.com address. This does NOT meet my needs at all. I need to be able to access all of my email accounts in one place, just like I am used to doing with Office Professional. I am disappointed in Word also. It does NOT have the same functions as Office Professional. It automatically saves documents on One Drive, but doesn't allow me to name or save my documents where I desire them. For someone who rarely has need for creating documents, auto-saving as Document 1, 2, 3, etc., along with the date created may be adequate. For me, it is not. I'm a writer - and as such, I need to be able to have control of when, how and where my documents are saved. I have not yet attempted to use the other components of Office 365, but I assume I will run into the same limitations with them. This may be a wonderful product for beginners or for students; however, it does not meet my needs at all.

Software loaded seamlessly on pc and Mac easily. Subscription easier to keep up with than data updates.
