Obviously this is everything you want or need for basic computing. The software works exactly as it should. I have been using this since my first computer and could not function without this software package.

He said it would add onto it and extend it. It took me a long time and multiple phone calls to find out that all it would have done was change my family plan into a single pc plan. It took another phone call to a special part of Best Buy to get my money back on it but I finally did happen. Don't but it unless you really just need a personal plan and don't already have one. Stupid purchase on my part and bad plan from the sales person.
