I ended up spending 2hrs on the phone with 10 different "specialists" who said it was fixed, and was NOT. They also lied about ending the remote control of my computer. So I spent another 2 days in the store trying to get the problem fixed. Finally on the 2nd day after another 2hrs they finally installed the correct Microsoft 365 Family version. Very frustrated and disappointed in there service especially after the amount of money I spent buying the new laptop to begin with.

I already paid +1000 usd and i still have to pay extra for the programs just crazy. I definetly will be looking for alternative programs
