There are more nice features since I last used this product.

I have not used very much, but seems to be living up to standards

I was using Office 2010 on my old computer. So when I was buying a new laptop, I was unsure if I should get Office 365 and if so, which version. I decided on the Personal version as $70ish per year was not much per month and includes updates. I'm glad I got Geek Squad Support which has helped my learn to use it. I have had no problems using my old Word and Excel files with it.

So far so GREAT in using my Mac Air laptop. Kudos to John for his help in my reselecting a more appropriate device. He proved to be an excellent computer customer matchmaker. The geek squad was very professional in the data transfer, Matt kept me abreast of the progress (molder computer was dying and the transfer was slow) and gave me a good startup lesson when I went to pick up the device.

Programs doing fine. Would like to learn how to control/use CoPilot when I am working on a document or spreadsheet.

Having this along with the computer makes my life much better and I can operate right from the start. I can create flyers and other materials needed for my business. I have to sign in to save my docs. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be this way (reason for 3).

I needed these applications for school. It’s compatible and easy to use.

it is microsoft and it works fine for what it is being used for.

We had an older version of Word and Geek Squad helped us update when we got new computers. I really like the new Word format and so much easier to use.

Software that will allow users to create many different documents. I wish we did not have to subscribe.

I love using my MS products and it was easy to install and operate.

I use this program constantly at work. From word documents to Excel spreadsheets for work. It is super easy to use and navigate and would recommend this to anyone that has used Microsoft programs in the past. Super excited!!!!

Really like it so far. Has come in very handy on multiple occasions.

Typical personal office products. Word, Excel and etc... I do not like the fact that this product must be renewed on an annual basis. Originally was a 1 time fee for the purchase with a product key to load the product onto your PC. You are being held hostage and must pay the ransom to continue to be able to use the product.
