As a casual writer, I needed a word processing program and purchased Microsoft Office 365 Personal. All I wanted was a "wheel barrow" and instead had to settle for a "rocket ship". There are far more options in this version of Word than the average person will ever need or use. This program is not people friendly and is confusing. Only after purchasing this software, I learned of Google Docs which is not only free, it is what I was looking for in the first place, a simple word processing program. Instead I am out $70. For someone looking for 1001 things to do with a word processor, this is probably an excellent product. See you in outer space!

I would purchase the office 365 again. I would recommend it to others.

I found this software pack to be adequate, it has everything you need, from Excel, Power Point, and Word. The only thing I do not like is that it is only a year. If i would have gotten the permanent one but it does not come with any update patches.

Great deal on this package. Love to work with PowerPoint. Easy for my 7th grader.

It was simple to install and when I faced a problem the Microsoft help desk was excelent.

Setup was way easier then I expected it to be. I use this product more then anything.

I am not a fan of subscription software. The product once installed is working great but once again I had trouble with the purchase. Picked up PC at store and CS rep said the Office package would be available for download via email-sent codes. Order status with Best Buy changed to "email has been sent" but it wasn't. Tried Microsoft, on hold for 30 min, they said never got release order from BB; went to BB store (not looking for another 30 min hold call) and CS Rep said problem with BB Online not the store! After some tense words the Rep went to back and came back with download codes on a scrap of paper. These worked! Some opportunity for process improvement and CS training here, especially when ordering for store pickup. Can't wait for the one year renewal process... Score - BB online 1 star; Microsoft zero stars; BB store 3 stars (nice recovery after fussing).

It’s the software package you have to have. It certainly has many, many more capabilities that I don’t know about and will never utilize.

I purchased this for both my Mac and my PC. Absolutely easy to load. Great program!

We ordered a laptop and purchased a this subscription. It was easy to install and works well on the new computer. This is an auto renew subscription so we are set! Our only disappointment is that this should come free with computers over $600.
