    The productivity software is exactly what you would expect. I don't like Teams, but that is not why I purchased it (Teams sucks and nobody likes it). The download was seamless and works just as well on my PC and my other laptop. The price was reasonable.

    MS Personal 365 was easy to install with no issues on new laptop with Windows 11. I have been a long-time user of MS Office so It's pretty much all I know. I haven't used it much since install several weeks ago but so far, so good.

    Sales person didn't know much about the difference between MS 365 Personal and Professional. Teams is not compatible between the two.
