    Had to have my word and excel so had to make the purchase. I love Microsoft but disappointed over the yearly fee that accompanies it now. This new version did accept my old documents flawlessly so I can't complain.

    I installed it on my Mac. I made a document and when I tried to edit it later, it said I need a subscription to edit, but I already purchased it. I ad to make a completely new document with Pages Software that comes with Mac. I wasted a couple hours remaking the doc. Despite paying for the subscription, I can't use it. Waste of money.

    I had problems trying to set up and activate my MS 365. My new laptop was giving me the option to set up and activate this on the device, not with the code and activation card I purchased at the store.

    Microsoft 365 is a challege in getting use to the changes on new version. The Help sections explains how to proceed.The more I use it the more I will enjoy the upgrade.
