Should have a credit on my account along with the Fire 8. This was a gift for my future step daughter who lives in the UK in school. They could not except it there. I will repurchase when her father comes home and we are all together.

Easy to get into the latest Office version

The transition, especially in Outlook, was easy to make from my former version from 2010. In computer terms to some people that was a century ago. To me I have had sufficient service from the older version. Getting into this newest version has been straightforward. I have not needed to call for help from the Geek Squad to do what I do on these various programs. I like the ease of accessing my emails. For a retired person who did not grow up with computers, but used early day computers at work in the 80's, I am happy to have Office 365 in my tool box.
